Robert, who earned the start at QB in Saturday's NJCAA Football Championship, threw a 16-yard TD strike to WR Fabian Baez on a third-and-goal play with 1:03 remaining as COD earned its third straight national championship in a 33-29 win over Rochester Community and Technical College.
