Patty reached a career-best 9 feet, 10 3/4 inches (3.02 m) in the pole vault, during Friday's indoor track opener at Olivet Nazarene. That height qualified for both the NJCAA indoor meet (March 1-2 in Gainesville, Fla.), and the NJCAA outdoor May 9-11 in Utica, N.Y.
