Justin helped COD race to a 38-0 halftime lead, driving COD to points in all six first-half possessions, in the Chaps' 48-14 victory over North Dakota State College of Science on Saturday at MacDougall Field. Bland threw for 324 yards on 23 of 29 passing and four TDs.
