Jake Wosick begins his third season as an assistant men’s lacrosse coach in 2026.
 
A Mt. Prospect native, Jake attended Saint Viator High School and played lacrosse as a close defenseman for Chaps’ head coach Bill Sanford. He later became the school’s first strength and conditioning student assistant and helped with the Junior Lions program.

Upon graduation, Jake was an assistant strength coach and assistant coach at St. Viator. He later worked with the strength and conditioning staff at Northwestern, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Lincoln Memorial University. 

While at LMU, he oversaw all aspects of strength and conditioning for men's lacrosse, men's and women's tennis, and men's and women's bowling. When he was at UNC, he helped with a variety of teams, including men's lacrosse.
 
Jake earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Western Michigan and earned his MBA from Lincoln Memorial University.
