Carlee Baker begins her second season as an assistant coach with the Chaps' softball program in 2025-2026. Her responsibilities include: working with left-handed hitting, working with catchers and infielders.
Carlee played three seasons of softball at COD that included the 2021 COVID year. She earned All-Region honors (2021 and 2023) as a utility player. She earned first-team honors in 2023, hitting .453 and leading the team in stolen bases (23).
She earned her associate's degree in 2023 (fire science). The Downers Grove native is a firefighter with Westmont FD and resides in Bolingbrook.
