Jordan Heberg, who was a prep standout at nearby Plainfield North HS, begins her third season as an assistant women’s basketball coach for the Chaparrals in 2024-25.
Heberg played a pivotal role in the Chaps winning the Region 4 championship in 2022-23 and helped bring the team to within a game of reaching the NJCAA National Championship.
The Plainfield native was a four-year letter winner at North, where she surpassed 1,000 points in her career and earned all-conference honors in each of her four seasons. She played her collegiate basketball at McKendree University, earning three All-GLVC honors and also surpassing 1,000 career points.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in bio-psychology at McKendree and has professional working experience in the banking industry.
She makes her home in Plainfield.
