Amber Dasenbrock and Kelsey Warren combined on a five-inning no-hitter and Ashley Eiermann homered as the Chaps took Friday's opener 9-0 over host Morton College,
 
In the nightcap, Dasenbrock struck out 11 and hit a grand slam as the Chaps earned the sweep in a 14-5 victory.
 
COD (16-10, 5-3 N4C), which had Monday's doubleheader against South Suburban canceled, returns to Sark Park on Tuesday against Rock Valley.
 
Game 1: Chaps 9, Morton 0 5 innings
The Chaps put the game out of reach with a seven-run fourth inning. Gianna Maida tripled on a bunt, and they later scored four runs on Vincenza Zaccaro's sacrifice fly. Dasenbrock pitched three innings, and Warren completed the effort on the mound with two innings with two strikeouts.
 
Game 2: Chaps 14, Morton 5
Dasenbrock's slam extended the Chaps' lead to 6-0 in the second. Nicole Brace drove in three runs and finished with a double and a triple. Warren and Sydney Sturino both had two RBI, while Ashley Eiermann doubled and tripled, and Carlee Baker collected a pair of hits.
