A 2-1 victory over host Carl Sandburg places the Chaps into this year's Region IV Tournament.

The Chaps will take on Morton this Sunday in the opening round of the tourney. Kickoff is 2 p.m.

On Sunday, Aldo Balceras and Jason Fuentes scored goals for put the Chaps at 8-8-1 on the season. Balceras came through in the 13th minute for a 1-0 lead. And then in the 66th minute, Fuentes came through on a penalty kick for the eventual game-winner.

Ricardo Torres had nine saves for the victory.
