The Chargers, who trailed 44-43 after three quarters, took command with a 10-0 run midway though the fourth quarter. McDaniel gave COD a 48-45 lead with 8:35 to go, and the Chargers stopped the Chaps in their tracks over the next five minutes with the pivotal run.

Elly Bentley and Lily Isenhour each led Carl Sandburg with 18 points. The Chargers dominated off the glass, out-rebounding COD 61-35.
