Box Score Jason Fuentes supplied the Chaps' only goal in their 3-1 loss to visiting Illinois Valley in Region 4 men's soccer Wednesday afternoon at Bjarne Ullsvik Stadium.
 
The Chaps, now 5-6 overall, trailed 3-0 at halftime, and outplayed the Eagles in the final 45 minutes. Fuentes stopped the Eagles' shutout bid when he one-timed a shot in the 88^th minute.
 
"We outplayed them the entire second half, but it's a 90-minute game,'' Chaps head coach Zac Ludwig said. "Matching and exceeding our opponent's intensity is something that we learned today.''
