The unranked Chaparrals rallied Wednesday afternoon at No. 16 South Suburban, scoring three goals in the final 14 minutes to finish off the Bulldogs in a 4-3 Region 4 men's soccer game.

COD has now won three straight and takes a 3-3 overall record into its Sept. 15 home contest with Kishwaukee College.

Trailing 1-0, COD tied up the game in the 43
rd minute on an unassisted goal from
Alexin Hernandez.

After SSC forged ahead 3-1 in the 75
th minute, COD quickly responded. One minute later,
Jason Fuentes scored the first of his two goals on a free kick and COD tied the game on a
Miguel Vargas header from
Andres Beltran.

And in the 87
th minute, Fuentes scored the game-winning goal on a free kick.

Daniel Villanueva, this week's NJCAA D3 goalkeeper of the week, earned the victory with 90 minutes of play and turning back 10 shots.
