Brian Yaeger begins his first year with the College of DuPage baseball program as an Assistant Coach and Compliance and Operations Assistant.

A native of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Yaeger began his collegiate playing career at Indian Hills Community College (IA), where he spent two seasons and helped the program reach the 1993 NJCAA Division I College World Series in Grand Junction, Colorado. Following his time at Indian Hills, Yaeger earned a Division I scholarship to Northwestern State University (LA). After redshirting a season, he transferred to Missouri Baptist University, where he completed his final two years of eligibility and earned his bachelor’s degree.

During his time at Missouri Baptist, Yaeger established himself as one of the program’s top players. As a second baseman for the Spartans, he earned Conference Player of the Year, Region Player of the Year, and All-American honors. In recognition of his accomplishments, Yaeger was inducted into the Missouri Baptist University Athletic Hall of Fame in November 2025.

Yaeger also brings collegiate athletics administration experience to College of DuPage. He previously served as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Internal Operations at Newberry College (SC), an NCAA Division II institution, for two years. Most recently, he coached at Deer Valley High School (AZ), where he helped guide the baseball program to a perfect 10–0 record in region play and its first region championship in 16 years.
