Kendrick Thomas begins his first season as the offensive coordinator for the Chaps’ inaugural flag football season in 2025.
Thomas, a Chicago native, is a special education teacher at nearby Addison Trail High School in Addison. He has 18 years of coaching high school football and girls basketball experience, most recently serving as the offensive coordinator for the past 7 seasons. The football team is coming off of back to back playoff births. This is his 3rd season coaching flag football, and he was instrumental in helping the Blazers win a regional championship in 2024.
A graduate of Rockford University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Education from National Louis University.
Kendrick resides in Addison where he gives back to the community and trains athletes year round.
