ROCKFORD (Oct. 8, 2019) — Freshman Mikayla Wassell had a big night with nine kills and four service aces as the Chaps were outstanding on serve-receive in their 3-0 victory over the Golden Eagles.
 
The Chaps, who have now won their last three N4C contests, served 10 aces against just four service errors in their 25-14, 25-20, 26-24 victory.
 
Natalie Payne and Brili Presbrey each had 10 kills as the Chaps finished with 35 kills.
 
Maddie Shulski led in digs with 12, while Mariana Silva also had 12 digs with two aces.
 
The Chaps are at Aurora JV on Thursday night. First serve is 6 p.m.
