The Chaps picked up their second victory in three days in a 3-0 shutout over host Triton in N4C play Thursday night.

Brili Presbrey each had 11 kills and
Natalie Payne added 10 in the Chaps' 25-16, 29-27, 25-20 victory over the Trojans.

On the night, the Chaps' hitters were effective, hitting a .298 attack percentage with 37 kills and just nine attack errors.

Melody Raices, Payne and
Kiara Negron each had two service aces. Raices had 11 for the Chaps, who totaled 34.

The Chaps (2-5, 1-0 N4C) return home this weekend when they play host to their annual tournament. They play at 3 p.m. Friday against Bryant-Stratton and 5 p.m. vs. Minnesota State C&T College.
