When the Chaps and Golden Eagles last met, coach
Tolis Koskinaris's team was dealt a tough 3-2 loss (19-25, 18-25. 26-24, 25-20, 12-15) in which the Chaps climbed back after being on the brink of losing in three sets.

"We're approaching our stretch drive of the season and we want to play at our best,'' Koskinaris said. "We've learned a lot about ourselves and we've been tested. Tomorrow night will be a challenge and we'll be up for it.''

The Chaps rank third in the country in team kills (1,086), and are led by freshman
Alyssa Fountain, who ranks fifth in that category with 262.
Grace Franz is right behind with 256 and ranks eighth.

The Chaps split their two matches in the annual Dig Pink Tourney, defeating host South Suburban 3-1 and losing 3-1 to Division 2 member Southeastern Community.
