Box Score Efficient and clean play sum up the No. 2-ranked Chaparrals 3-0 win over Harper in Region 4 volleyball Tuesday night.

The Chaps improved to 18-2 overall in their 25-20, 25-17, 25-19 victory over the Hawks. COD trailed only three times all match and only four ties occurred in the hour-plus match.

Chloey Myers led with 14 kills and teammate
Alyssa Fountain added 11 as the Chaps hit .292 on 43 kills. Myers had four of the Chaps' eight service aces.

In the opener, consecutive aces from Myers put COD ahead 14-8 and the Hawks never got closer than four points in the set.

COD never trailed or tied in the second set, and the third set had Harper take its final lead of the night at 2-1.
Myers totaled 19 points, picking up a point off a solo block. Fountain added two aces and Oliva Witek had six kills, and two blocks. Setter
Payton Litney set up her teammates with 35 assists.
Defensively, Myers had 16 dig as COD totaled 53 for the match. Fountaiin added 11 and Litney 10.

"We were efficient and played clean,'' Chaps coach
Tolis Koskinaris said. "Our serving was on, we attacked well at the net. It was a complete win.''
