Stanley Guziec delivered four service aces in the Chaps' 3-1 loss to Aurora JV on Tuesday night.

The Chaps (6-9 overall) are now off until they play host to the NJCAA invitational on April 21-22.

Fawaz Ilukoma followed with five kills and
Michael Lipowski four and five block assists, but Aurora was too strong in its 26-24, 15-25, 25-16, 25-13 victory.

In the first set, a 10-3 Chaps' run tied the set at 22-22. Two more ties occurred until Aurora earned consecutive points for the set win.

The Chaps played much stronger in the second, earning seven straight points for an 11-3 lead and never looked back.

The match was tied at 1-1 entering the third, before Aurora used a four-point run for a 14-10 lead it didn't relinquish.

The final set was all Aurora, which used a 6-1 run for a 10-5 lead and remained in command.

The Chaps honored their two sophomores — Lipowski and
Ryan Impey in a pre-match ceremony.
