The Chaps, now 14-5 overall, were scheduled to play at Madison on Monday, but due to inclement weather in southern Wisconsin, the doubleheader has been moved to April 19.

Game 1: Chaps 14, Prairie State 2 5 innings
David Marshall went 3-for-5 and drove in five runs, and RHP
Justin Lane struck out eight without a walk in five innings as COD totaled 13 hits with five extra-base hits.
- Marshall had an RBI single in the first, a two-run double in the second and a two-run double in the third
- Joe Cosenza capped a nine-run third inning with a grand slam
- Aden Aukland led off the third with a home run to left
- Lane, after giving up two runs on four hits in the second, settled down and never was challenged. He retired 10 consecutive batters after giving up a two-run home run and a single in the second.
- Kyle Fenner, Aukland, Cosenza and Jack Severino each had two-hit games

Game 2: Chaps 7, Prairie State 0
- RHP Michael Betancourt was lights-out in his five innings, striking out 10 with two walks and giving up just one hit — a lead-off single in the fourth
- An RBI double by Fenner and a run-scoring single from Marshall gave COD a 2-0 lead in the third
- A.J. Taylor led off the fifth with a home run to left, his third on the season
- Fenner added a sac fly in the sixth, followed by Marshall's two-run double and Jason Cousineau's RBI-single for the Chaps
- Marshall went 3-for-4 with two doubles. He is now hitting .443, with Fenner hitting .462 and Taylor .452
