College of DuPage played its best match of the fall season Thursday afternoon in a 4-3 loss to visiting College of Lake County.

"I thought we had chances in all of our matches,'' head coach Jim Bowers said. "It was great to see that we were applying what we've practiced into a match. And we had moments where we need to continue our practice of improvement.''

COD now prepares for its spring season, culminating with the NJCAA championship in May.
