College of DuPage made use of its week between games with a 91-71 wire-to-wire victory over visiting McHenry County in Region 4 men's basketball Thursday night at PEC Arena.

The Chaps (4-2, 3-2 Region 4) steps out of Region 4 play Saturday morning when they take on the junior varsity Indiana Northwest. Tip is 11 a.m.

Ramone Enis scored 20 of his 21 points in the first half to lead four players in double figures.
Braylen Meredith scored 14,
Payton Moore 11 and
Quentin Schaffer 10 as COD shot 50 percent from the field on 37-of-74 shooting.

"We had a good week of practice and it showed,'' head coach
Joe Kuhn said. "Tonight, we moved the ball well, had lots of clean looks and played hard.''

COD hit eight of its nine 3-pointers in the opening half, leading 53-30 at the break.

Nothing changed in the second half as the Chaps remained comfortably out front.

Meredith's line included team-high nine rebounds and seven assists. Freshman
Adyn McGinley had four points, five assists, three rebounds and two steals.

Moore,
Charles Farrell, and Schaffer all had two steals apiece.

Enis hit four 3s in the opening half and sophomore
Greg Strong's nine points were all of 3s.
