The Chaps snapped their four-match losing streak in their 25-23, 24-26, 25-22, 23-25, 15-13 victory over the Bobcats.

COD fired off a .210 attack percentage (62 kills, 28 errors, 162 attacks) and outlasted the Bobcats in a back-and-forth 2 ½-hour match.

Blake Huberty and
Sam Molitor each led with 13 kills.
Osiel Cruz totaled 14 ½ points after his 12 kills, two aces, one solo and one assisted block.
Justus Barbel also reached double figures in kills (11) and had one ace and a block assist.

Phurin Kosumapinun (23 assists) and
Stanley Guziec (22 assists) paved the way all match long for COD's hitters.
John Valencia and
Ben Hoover shared the team lead in aces with two each.

Nathan Perez had 24 digs, and Huberty posted 14 with Barbel and Cruz each with 10.

Set one: At 5-5, COD scored six straight points in the first set and remained in the lead until the Bobcats tied at 16-16. Four more ties took place, until COD earned sideout at 24-23 and earned the set winner … Set two, the Chaps held their biggest lead of the set (15-11), but the teams traded the lead with eight ties until the Bobcats broke free at 24-24. … COD gained the edge after the third set was tied at 17-all. A 7-2 run put COD in control at 24-19 Bryant & Stratton tied the match at 2 sets each and after trailing 23-22, scored three straight points — its best flurry of the set to force a fifth set. The Chaps answered back in the final set after trailing 8-4. A
Vincent Arias kill tied the set at 13-13, and after an attack error by the Bobcats,
