College of DuPage threw down a .264 attack percentage with 35 kills in defeating host Waubonsee 3-0 in NJCAA volleyball Thursday night.
 
The Chaps (9-4, 6-0 Region 4) won their second straight and now prepare for a doubleheader Saturday at Triton, where they will play the hosts and Milwaukee Area TC.
 
The 25-13, 25-14, 25-17 victory featured 11 kills from Josephine Becker and 10 from Skylar Huffman. In addition to the fine attack percentage, COD led in serving with 11 aces — four from Jayde Grant, three from Francesca Brandonisio and two from Camila Fundora.
 
Setter Ava Diaz keyed 29 of the Chaps' 32 assists. Defensively, Brandonisio delivered 11 digs from her libero position and Diaz and Fundora each had six.
 
On the block, Becker led with four assists, and three from Alexandra Hornsbogen.
