The College of DuPage women's volleyball team hosted the Hawks of Harper College on Oct. 23 in Glen Ellyn, celebrating Sophomore Night at the PEC Arena. The Chaps fell 1-3 after securing the first set (26-24, 23-25, 17-25, 21-25).
Sami Hornbogen led DuPage with 13 kills.
Claire Rambasek added 12. Three Chaps reached double-digit assists.
Ava Diaz led with 14, followed by
Alyza Grubich with 11 and
Jaime Volz with 10. Rambasek also led DuPage with 3 service aces.Â
Frankie Brandonisio anchored the defense with 18 digs.
Megan Daca led at the net with 4 block assists.Â
DuPage will finish out the regular season when they host a tri-match on Oct. 25. They'll play host to Kishwaukee College at 11 a.m. and Prairie State College at 3 p.m.Â
