The College of DuPage men's basketball team battled Moraine Valley Community College on Dec. 9, falling to the Cyclones 83-75 in Glen Ellyn. 

After a tight first half in which MVCC took a 39-31 lead, the Chaps were unable to close the gap after the break. 

Ethan Howard paced DuPage with 24 points. JJ Hernandez and Logan Glover each added 10 points in the loss. 

The Chaparrals fell to 7-4 on the season and will look to bounce back on Dec. 11 when they host the Morton College Panthers.
