Charles Farrell led COD with 20 points and Adyn McGinley and Braylen Meredith each scored 19, but Milwaukee Area TC's Dane Dailing's 32 points keyed the visiting Stormers to a 95-88 Region 4 men's basketball victory Thursday night.
 
The Chaps (17-8, 11-8 Region 4) play Monday night against the Judson JV in Elgin. Tip is 6:30 p.m.
 
The Stormers got control in the first half, taking a 52-40 lead at halftime. They led by as many as 16 (62-46) early in the second half.
 
Farrell scored 13 of his 20 in the first half, and McGinley scored 14 second-half points to draw the Chaps closer at 77-74 with four minutes to go.
 
But Dailing was the show on this night. The Rockford native scored nine 3-pointers and turned back the Chaps time-and-again.
 
Greg Strong, Ben Zielinski and Terence Spencer each scored eight for the Chaps.
