The Chaparrals earned a pair of victories over the weekend, taking a 5-2 decision over Waubonsee on Friday and an 8-1 victory over Elgin on Saturday.
Â
They will finish the season Tuesday when they play host to McHenry College at the COD courts.
Â
"On Friday, every one of our matches went the distance and we won each of them,'' Chaps head coach
Jim Bowers said. "It was great to see our progress that we've reached since the beginning of the month.
Â
"Against Elgin, lots of guys stepped up and played hard. It's always encouraging when they can bounce back from mistakes and find ways to win. Both days were good days.''
