College of DuPage pushed Region 4 leader Rock Valley on Wednesday night, but the visiting Golden Eagles controlled the ball for much of the night and dealt the Chaps a 3-1 loss in women's soccer at Ullsvik Stadium.
 
The Chaps, now 3-9-1 overall, are at Kankakee on Saturday.
 
COD, which was out-shot 34-5, grabbed an early 1-0 lead on Julie Leilani Garcia's open-look goal on the left side on a pass from Anna Odisho in the 8^th minute.
 
RVC's Anika Elgin scored the equalizer two minutes, and then added her second goal at the 28^th minute and it lead 2-1 at halftime.
 
The Golden Eagles added an own goal in the 60^th minute.
 
Odisho had the other shot on goal for COD.
 
Goalkeeper Caitlin Yurkovich had 13 saves on the night.
