Adele Hutton earned a singles victory and teamed up with Natalia Klus for a victory at No. 1 doubles in COD's 7-2 loss to Elgin on Oct. 5

"Coming back from a loss in the first set is a big breakthrough for Adele. She hung in there and wore down her opponent … She mixed some off-pace ground strokes with lobs and slices and worked for her to tie the match. In the tie-break, it was some of the best tennis played this fall. In doubles, Adele and Natalia earned their first victory of the season. They controlled the net and they played well off each other. Yulia and Sasha got after it, but it wasn't enough.''
