Coach Jim Bowers and the Chaparrals competed Tuesday in Region 4 men's tennis against College of Lake County.
 
The Chaps were defeated, 9-0, and they now prepare for Moraine Valley on April 18.
 
Coach Jim Bowers says
"Got all six guys competing. Everyone is improving during the practices and becoming comfortable during the matches. At times, we're playing competitive points and long games and then at others, we struggle at closing out the games. However, everyone is scoring actual games against some stiff competition. We're getting better.''
