Goal keeper Caitlyn Yurkovich faced 25 shots on goal, but the Chaparrals faced a difficult task offensively in a 5-0 loss at Waubonsee in Region 4 women's soccer Saturday afternoon.
 
The Chaps totaled eight shots with Hallie Meachum and Anna Odisho each contributing a shot on goal.
 
Waubonsee scored twice in the final 15 minutes.
 
"We competed very hard for the first 75 minutes of play,'' head coach Matt Hanna said. "It got away from us afterward on a hot day.''
 
COD takes its 1-3 overall record into Wednesday's game at South Suburban. Kickoff is 5 p.m.
