Sophomore All-American Ellie Logsdon ran two season-best times and fellow sophomore Makenna Brown earned season-bests in two sprints and a field event as COD completed its regular season Friday at the Elmhurst Twilight meet.

Logsdon rans 25.85 in the 200, and also ran 57.28 in the 400. She owns the top time in the 200 in NJCAA Division III by a half second and leads in the 400 by 2 1/2 seconds.

She also leads D3 in both the 100 and 400 hurdles.

Brown, who completed her eligibility in basketball this winter, met qualifying and personal best times in the 200 (27.26), 400 (1:01.65) and threw the javelin 25.82 meters (84 feet, 8 inches).

Sprinter Klaudia Sztafa ran an impressive 27.20 in the 200 and Maureen Bluemle ran the 1500 in 5:22.99.

Freshman hammer thrower Ellie Connor impressed with a heave of 34.01 m (111-7).

COD now prepares for the NJCAA national championship May 8-10 in Utica, N.Y.
