The College of DuPage softball team hosted the Wolves of Joliet Junior College for a doubleheader on April 8. The Chaparrals dropped both contests to move to 11-15 on the season.

In game one, DuPage fell 20-11. The Chaparrals' bats came alive in the bottom of the fifth inning, scoring five runs in a last-ditch effort to extend the contest beyond five innings.

In game two, the Wolves defeated DuPage 27-1 to complete the sweep.

The Chaparrals will travel to River Grove on April 10 for a doubleheader at Triton College.
