In the opener, Karen Martini and Ashley Eiermann hit consecutive run-scoring doubles in the third inning. Alyssa Pham and Andrea Richards each singled as COD was held to just four hits.
 
In the nightcap, the Cavaliers' Maddie Wallace threw a no-hitter and only a hit batter (Richards) held the freshman right-hander from throwing a perfect game. She struck out seven and did not allow one ball to reach the outfield.
