Savannah Anderson and Madeline Maracich each scored 11 points, but visiting College of DuPage lost 54-53 at Elgin in Region 4 women's basketball Saturday afternoon.

After leading 38-37 through three, Elgin pulled ahead late. COD had possession and a shot for the win in the final seconds, but could not convert.
