Adriana Villanova came off the bench to lead College of DuPage with 16 points and four others scored in double figures in the Chaps' convincing 82-43 victory over visiting Kishwaukee on Sophomore Day in Region 4 women's basketball Saturday.

The Chaps, who won for the fifth time in their last seven games, take 12-11 and 12-9 Region 4 records into Tuesday's home game against Rock Valley (14-8, 6-1).

COD, which trailed for just the game's first three minutes, dominated early and answered back with a 14-0 run and led 20-6 after one quarter.

Villanova was 6 of 10 from the field, grabbed 11 rebounds for her first double-double of the season in 26 minutes. She also had four steals as COD totaled 23 for the game.

Sophomore
Megan Martinez followed with 16 points on four 3-pointers.
Jaylen Zachary scored 13 (6 of 16 FGs, five rebounds, five steals and three assists) and
Madeline Maracich followed with 10 points, seven rebounds, and three steals.

COD had 23 assists to just 14 turnovers.
