An All-American running back for coach Bob MacDougall, Aaron Bailey started for two seasons (1990-91) with the Chaparrals before completing his college career on scholarship at the University of Louisville (1992-93). He started for both seasons at wide receiver for the Cardinals and Hall of Fame coach Howard Schnellenberger, where he remains among the top five all-time return specialists. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Indianapolis Colts in 1994, where he starred for five seasons (1994-1998) at wide receiver/kick returner. Bailey is considered the finest kickoff return specialist since the Colts began play in Indianapolis. He then completed his professional career playing in the Arena Football League.
